These ranges are stocked in high volumes and orders can be turned around and delivered within 24 hours.
Customer Service
Whilst only small, our close-knit and dedicated commercial team are always on hand to support our customers however necessary. It doesn’t matter if you’re looking for help with RFQ’s, Orders or Technical Support – if they can help they will.
All orders are supervised as they go through ‘the system’ to ensure that you receive your parts as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Not only are our products second to none – with customer service to match – but we like to give our customers as much flexibility as possible when working with us.
It doesn’t matter if you are after 1 or 10,000 parts, we are happy to supply our stock ranges to our customers in whatever quantities they require.

Our advanced ERP system allows us to easily store customer part numbers & barcodes and incorporate them to our documentation. As a result we are able to offer customised stock labels, delivery notes and invoices to meet your requirements.
Bespoke Manufacturing
In addition to offering our own ranges, we can manufacture fasteners to most DIN or ISO standards and well as completely bespoke parts to suit your specifications.
Primarily we work with the following materials:
·        7075-T6 Aluminium
·        316 Stainless Steel (A4)
·        6AL-4V Titanium (Grade 5)
However, we are able to manufacture in other materials on request.

Bespoke Finishing
Can’t find the finish you are looking for? No problem!
As standard our core ranges are available in the following finishes:

·             Aluminium = Blue, Black, Gold, Orange, Purple, Red, Silver or                                        Unanodised

·             Stainless Steel = Highly Polished, Black or Gold
·             Titanium = Natural, Blue, Black, Gold or Purple Haze
However, there are plenty of other colours available across the various materials, subject to MOQ’s.
Well thanks to our new state of the art fibre laser etching machine, we now have even more flexibility and are able to offer custom etching on Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Titanium Parts

Quality Assurance
We are quality standard BS EN ISO 9001:2015 accredited, and strive to exceed our customers exacting standards.
We are able to supply Material Certs, COC’s and PPAP Level 1-5, however any requirements like this must be specified at the time of your enquiry.
