Stainless Steel Off Road/Enduro Body work bolt kit. All the bolts to replace original visible fasteners on Side Panels, Front Panel/Nose Cone, Seat unit, Mudguard & Fork Guards where applicable. Our Stainless bodywork bolts are made from Grade 316 Stainless Steel which is highly corrosion resistant, machined with rolled threads and polished to an incredible mirror finish. Tough, durable and with fantastic good looks, these are the perfect upgrade from rusty originals. Kits are easy to use remove one bolt at a time, and insert an identical length Pro-Bolt in to your original backing clip. Where this is not possible we include appropriate nuts. Should you wish to replace any worn original receptacles they are available to order separately from our workshop section. Also included in the kit are Pro Lube, Anti Scratch washers and the relevant Allen keys. Instructions are provided for torque settings. Stainless Steel is also available in black, which not only looks great but has other benefits too.. This beautiful long lasting black finish results from an application of Diamond Like Carbon Coating (DLC) This gives supreme hardness and corrosion resistance provided by a nano composite coating, which increases the fastener lifetime dramatically and helps to prevent galling. By incorporating them right from the beginning, the overall system cost can be held level or may even be reduced. Please note that due to this special coating Black Stainless Steel is not identical to our Black Aluminium.
