Titanium Bodywork Bolt Kit Honda CRF250L Race Spec (FOHO30TIR)

All the bolts to replace original visible fasteners on side fairings, front mudguard, belly pan, seat unit and nose cone - where applicable on standard models.

Kits are easy to use, remove one bolt at a time, and replace with an identical length Pro-Bolt into your original backing clip. Where this is not possible we include appropriate nuts. However should you wish to replace any worn original receptacles they are available to order separately.

Our 'Race Spec' bolts are machined pre-drilled (1.6mm) on all flats to allow for ease of lock wiring - by reducing the socket size, scooping out the head and pre drilling our bolts they are 45% lighter than steel equivalents Produced in Grade 5, 6AL-4V Titanium providing strength and corrosion resistance. The washer base spreads the load and rolled threads offer increased strength. Widely used by Top GP Race Teams.

Our Titanium bolts are made from 6AL-4V (Grade 5) with machined rolled threads, this bolt is not only strong and lightweight but also offers great corrosion resistance, and a great replacement for rusty original bolts. The perfect upgrade, just fit and forget. Customise not compromise!

Also included in the kit are pro-lube, anti-scratch washers and relevant Allen keys.

Prefer something a little more subtle? Titanium is also available in black, which not only looks great but has other benefits too. This beautiful long lasting black finish results from an application of Diamond Like Carbon Coating (DLC). This gives supreme hardness and corrosion resistance provided by a Nano composite coating, which increases the fastener lifetime dramatically and helps to prevent galling. By incorporating them right from the beginning, the overall system cost can be held level or may even be reduced. Also available in Blue, Gold and Purple Haze anodised Titanium.
