Titanium Heel Plate Bolt Kit. Produced in Grade 5, 6AL-4V Titanium providing strength and corrosion resistance along with amazing weight saving benefits of approx. 40% over steel. The bolts can be torqued to the manufacturers original settings. Titanium Heel Plate bolt kit. Comprises of the necessary bolts to mount the heel plate to the footrest hanger or frame (depending on original fitment) Supplied here in highly polished titanium, and availiable anodised in a colour of Blue, Black, Gold or Purple Haze. Please note the colour finish on titanium is not identical to our aluminium range. Replace rusty, worn originals with our strong, bright and corrosion free options - Zero maintenance and easy to fit. This beautiful long lasting black finish results from an application of Diamond Like Carbon Coating (DLC) This gives supreme hardness and corrosion resistance provided by a nano composite coating, which increases the fastener lifetime dramatically and helps to prevent galling. By incorporating them right from the beginning, the overall system cost can be held level or may even be reduced. Please note that due to this special coating Black Titanium is not identical to our Black Aluminium.
